Enterprise Data Analyst, SEC (Strategic Enterprise Capabilities)

The SEC team will drive end-to-end integration across hundreds of business processes, leveraging a flexible and scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and best-of-breed technology solutions that support the retail experience of the future.

As our Enterprise Data Director, you will report to the Leader of SEC Data & Analytics Governance. The Enterprise Data director is an individual who works with the SEC Data & Analytics Leader to ensure data is defined and aligned for the SEC program and that it aligns with the broader enterprise data management program. The analyst also identifies applicable metrics and KPI’s to measure progress against plan, coordinates with engagement partners to facilitate data planning & design workshops, manages various tracks of work for the program as assigned, and assists the Data & Analytics leader with creation of SEC data policies, procedures, operating model, and functional engagement.
Activities:

• Participates in the enterprise data stewardship meetings, and assists SEC Data & Analytics leader with prep for enterprise data council meetings
• Partners with SEC engagement partner to work through deliverables for next phase and plan engagement with stakeholders (workshop design, planning, etc.)
• Ensures the implementation and execution of the master data standards and policies with functional partners as part of the SEC Data design
• Provides guidance across functional data partners and technical data partners to coordinate and resolve data issues
• Owns assigned Data tracks of work for program and assists the SEC Data & Analytics leader with executing the overall plan
• Partners with PM resources to execute the work and engage with functional leads, functional data leads, and functional data SME’s

Skill Description:

• Understanding of enterprise master data and ability to implement data deliverables for an enterprise program
• Ability to implement data policies and principles to ensure data is both acceptable and accurate across multiple enterprise stakeholders
• Ability to identify data issues and escalations needs, and engage leadership when appropriate
• Able to communicate effectively and work in cross-functional teams
