Job Description
Diversified Contracting is seeking an experienced mechanic to join our growing, quality oriented company. Immediate, full time openings now available. Steady Work. Good Pay. Reliable transportation and a tobacco-free workplace a must.
Examples of Duties:
Welding and fabricating.
Diagnosing and identification of issues.
Finding alternative methods to solve mechancal issues.
Maintaining a fleet of construction equipment.
Clean equipment, shop area and work site area.

Clean equipment, shop area and work site area.
Skill Set Required:
Ability to use all common hand tools.
Well rounded mechanical knowledge.
Electrical diagnoses.
Engine work from small 2 stroke motors to large trucks and excavators.
Basic vehicle maintanence.
Learning on the job a must.
Ability to problem solve.
Knowledge of all applicable codes, standards and regulations.
CDL lisence a plus.
Some vehicles/machines we work on regularly: Bobcats
Kubota Excavators, Peterbilt trucks, Yanmar Machines, Compressors, Generators, Hydraulic Equipment, Hand Tools Etc.
